If you forget your password you must go to "Register", press option Forgot password? and insert the e-mail address you have registered and "continue". You will immediately receive an email with your password.

To purchase in the online store of twins-diamonds.com, you must first register. Your data will be saved and so your future purchases will be faster.

Register and buy in our online store is very simple, only need to click Register and provide your personal contact details, choose a user name and password.

The profile information may be changed or updated at any time. You must log into your account, once under "My Profile" to update the information and to confirm the changes, click "OK".

The twins-diamonds.com online store is available for all sales within the EUROPEAN UNION (including Schengen) and UNITED STATES.

As it is custom made jewelry, and due to the vast number of varieties in different metals and different sizes and weights of diamonds, we handcraft the jewel for you. Each piece has a production time you must be taking into account that all of our diamonds are physically available in our facility in Antwerp, Belgium. Usually, jewelry is delivered within 14 days of booking, although in very specific or urgent wedding bands can be made in a week.

Once your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an e-mail confirming the delivery status.

Twins-diamonds.com offers convenience and flexibility to shop at our store, so we send your order FREE of shipping charge. TWINS pays the costs of shipping and the delivery insurance to your address.

If you are unsure which size to buy, please consult our size guide or request a free Ring Size fitter you will receive by mail.

Immediately after the payment has been made and your order is registered correctly, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email notifying you. Usually, jewelry is delivered within 14 days.

The engraving of your rings is free of charge. You only need to indicate us what you would like us to engrave trough:

For safety reasons, the twins-diamonds.com online store has no access to confidential information relating to the means of payment. For this reason, the bank details for each user are required for each new order.

TWINS makes stringent quality controls to ensure that the best quality of workmanship and materials are used in their products.

Just Diamonds BVBA, certifying the qualities thereof, guarantees all diamonds set in our jewelry.

Those diamonds weighing 0.30 carats or above, and under the specific petition of the client, will be accompanied by a certificate issued by a gemological laboratory.

The diamonds weighing over 1.00 carats are always certified always by one of the most prestigious gemological laboratories: GIA, HRD, IGI.

All products can be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of reception.

If your order is within the prescribed time, you must make the refund through our Returns form.

To do this, go to "My Account", click on the order you want to return and complete our returns form and select the product / s that need to be returned. Once you have completed the return form, print a copy and attach the product to be returned, or simply indicate the number of the return on the outside of the box. Later a certified Courier will pick up, from the place indicated in the returns form, the product you want to return.

It is free of charge for the customer, if the return is still within the 10 days after delivery.

As soon as we receive the item / s and we verify its in perfect condition, we will make the payment for the full amount to your credit card, which will be paid according to the terms of the bank. Once the payment has been made, we will inform you through e-mail.

It is imperative that the product is being returned in its original condition, it may not be used or damaged, it must be in its original box, store labels, original packaging and accessories included in the box.

We do not accept returns or exchanges though our selling points. Twins will only accept returns under the condition explained above.

TWINS gives you the possibility of choosing a new model. Refunding the amount that was paid so you can decide which will be your new purchase.
