In the case of Canary Islands due to logistical problems, TWINS will ship the product as long as the customer is in charge of hiring a transportation company and the processing of the required fees if any. For these cases, it is necessary to consult by phone with our Customer Service Department to continue the operation prior to placing the order.

For European Union customers, shipping, taxes and import tariffs resulting from the various ítems will be covered by the customer. Please call or email our Customer Service Department for more information. In any case, the goods are insured with the statutory compulsory insurance, according to the Transport Act (LOT).

IMPORTANT:

If there was a typo in the price (computer errors) of a product, the customer will be communicated as soon as detected, leaving JUST DIAMONDS ESPAÑA SL exempt of any responisibility from having the order’s wrong amount.

JUST DIAMONDS ESPAÑA SL reserves the right to change prices at any time, always respecting the price indicated at the time of placing the order (except in the case mentioned above).


Delivery address

At the time of completing you personal information for the purchase, it is posible to send the purchase to another address other than the billing address, either because it is a gift, or to another personal or work address or any other reason.


Timings

Being custom made jewelry and due to the vast number of varieties in different metals and different sizes and weights of diamonds, the timings may vary. We have also take into account that all of our diamonds are physically available in our facility in Antwerp, Belgium. Usually, jewelry is delivered within 15 days from the momento of purchase, although in very urgent cases, wedding bands can be made and delivered in 1 week. All our orders are delivered through Insured and Certified Courier.
